This place was affordable and kind of new. The staff were super friendly, We could not find any bookings near Galveston within our price range so ended up staying here. The only thing I noticed was our room door did not close well so anyone could get disturbed from the noise inside our room specially as we had an Infant who was cranky and cried at night. Otherwise rooms were shining clean & well kept.
The service attendant was excellent. Despite being very busy into the evening, she remained pleasant and professional! The room was great overall, but the mattress was quite hard — that was our only issue. The continental breakfast was very good. We’ll definitely stay here again — we might just bring a mattress topper next time :)
I was not able to access TV and no blow dryer in room. They were on it right away. I was pleased.
I love the quiet location. It's actually really convenient for cars. Big trucks no room for trailers have and be careful because of truck restrictions in area.

Hallways had a weird smell when we first got in. Rooms were bigger than I expected. Indoor pool is nice, not a lot of equipment in the gym. Staff was very friendly and took care of anything we needed right away. Breakfast was good and stocked decently.
Stayed here for one night with our puppy Molly while visiting relatives in the area, Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend this hotel. The room was very spacious, bed comfortable, there were places both to sit and to eat, microwave and fridge in room both of which we used. Bathroom fixtures a little dated but worked. There are a couple of areas outside to sit and smoke or chill which we liked, one of which is a covered area with a BBQ grill Also plenty of space around the hotel to take Molly for walks. I found the breakfast to be pretty good and very varied including drink options. Seems like there was something for everyone and it was easy to grab or fix something to go which several guests did. Would definitely stay here again.
Went to front desk and asked guy on duty for something that I was in need of and seemed to me and I let him know that when someone comes to you with a request not to act like I was bothering him with blunt answers . Other than that I had a great stay
